First, preparation

1. Installation of piston sealing ring

The U-shaped sealing ring is used as an example. The installation procedure is as follows:

Preparation tool: Prepare a shank pivot with the same diameter as the piston rod.

Apply lubricating oil: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil on the piston rod so that the seal ring is installed smoothly.

Install sealing ring:

Insert part of the seal ring into the groove.

Secure the seal ring with your thumb and place the pivot in the hole.

Press down while rotating the handle so that the seal ring is fully installed in the groove.

For the NBR U-ring, the installation method is relatively simple, just insert one side of the seal into the groove, and then stretch the other side, so that it is easily plugged into the groove.

2. Installation of piston rod seal ring

The urethane U-shaped sealing ring is used as an example. The installation steps are as follows:

Preparation tools: Use a dedicated plunger and push rod, and ensure that the material is soft resin and does not damage the seal ring.

Install retaining ring: If using retaining ring, first load it into the assembly slot.

Install sealing ring:

Carefully turn the seal into a heart shape to avoid scratching and finish quickly to prevent deformation.

Use the dedicated plunger and push rod to press the seal into the assembly groove, paying attention to the installation direction.

Three, precautions

Prevent deformation: During the installation process, special attention should be paid to prevent permanent deformation of the sealing ring, so as not to affect the sealing effect.

Correction position: After installation, the position of the seal ring needs to be corrected to ensure that it is properly installed in the groove.

Check the tightness: After installation, check the tightness of the sealing ring to ensure that there is no leakage.

Four, special sealing ring installation
